A career in Life & Health

The Madrid Hub plays a key role in Munich Re's Life & Health business, serving clients across Southern Europe and Latin America. By joining our team, you will gain exposure to diverse markets, business models and insurance challenges, working with leading insurers on topics ranging from biometric risk management and financial resilience to product development and digital innovation.

You will collaborate with colleagues across underwriting, pricing, client management, medical, actuarial and product teams, giving you a broad perspective on the Life & Health value chain. As part of a highly connected international network, you'll have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives, build meaningful client relationships and contribute to solutions that make a tangible impact on the insurance industry.
