What's it like working as a Data Scientist in Reinsurance

At Munich Re, data scientists translate analytics and AI into measurable business value for our clients, partners, employees, and the Group as a whole. The day-to-day work includes managing and implementing AI solutions across the Group, shaping the AI strategy, and identifying where data-driven solutions can improve decisions, processes, products, and services. The central unit provides the data, AI technology, AI enablement and adoption, as well as AI governance foundations required to scale AI trustworthy and effectively. Acting as an interface between business and IT, data scientists combine technical expertise with business understanding to turn the latest AI developments into practical impact.
