Aline Müske: Between Tradition and Innovation – Success with Personality and Vision

Aline Müske: Determined and inspiring

Aline Müske has successfully followed in her father's footsteps and built up her own insurance agency. After completing her training in 2009 and graduating as a specialist in insurance and finance in 2011, as well as studying business administration and business psychology in 2017, she took over the management of the merged agencies in 2018. Her goal: to preserve traditions and break new ground in order to provide the best possible service to customers of yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Aline attaches great importance to personal presence and digital visibility. She is passionate about promoting young talent, trains apprentices herself and offers prospects to career changers. With her friendly manner and tireless commitment, she is a pioneer who is actively shaping the future of the insurance market.

Claudia Alsleben: From geriatric nurse to insurance specialist

Claudia Alsleben: Optimistic and inspiring

Claudia Alsleben is an ambitious insurance specialist at ERGO, where she has been working in sales since 2017. Originally a geriatric nurse, she found her way into financial consulting through a friend. Her motto, ‘I can do it!’ has seen her through as a single mother who never lets herself get discouraged.

Claudia started her sales training at ERGO in 2017, completed it successfully and achieved her personal goals. She values the humanity within the team and the feeling of having found her place. Claudia advises her customers with great commitment and enthusiasm and loves accompanying them on their journey. Positive customer feedback reinforces her conviction: ‘I just fit in here!’.

Claudia wants to show that newcomers can be successful and plans to motivate women to pursue their goals regardless of their age. Her goal is to manage a general agency and continue to work successful

Nilüfer Kaya: The goal – her own agency

Nilüfer Kaya: Strong-willed and trustworthy

Nilüfer Kaya, a successful sales representative at ERGO, has mastered her career with determination and ambition. After moving from Turkey, she started working as a machine operator in a traditionally male-dominated profession in 1981. At the age of 39, she discovered her passion for the insurance industry, where her humanity and trustworthiness shine through.

In 2006, she founded her own agency and now runs one of the most successful sub-agencies in Berlin. Her customers feel like they are talking to a good friend and value the personal relationship. Kaya encourages women to recognise their abilities and take action: ‘Don't try, just do it!’.

She shows that success in sales is possible regardless of where you start from and emphasises the importance of making your own decisions and taking responsibility.

Female Insurance Summit

In 2024, ERGO, initiated by the sales department, hosted the Female Insurance Summit (FIS) in Düsseldorf. The FIS has clearly defined goals: to empower women, develop a new generation of female leaders and promote the careers of diverse insurance professionals.
