With OneGrowth@MEAG, we pursue a holistic development concept for all levels. The focus is on continuous dialogue between employees and managers, strength-based development, modern goal-setting, and regular feedback. Managers specifically focus on the further development of leadership competencies. The personal development plan is based on the proven 70/20/10 approach:

The MEAG Academy brings together all learning and development opportunities — from subject matter expertise and leadership to personal development and specialized topics. Leadership development is also fully integrated and aligned with the MEAG leadership principles. In addition, we support — under certain conditions — the acquisition of external qualifications such as CFA or CIIA.
