In his free time, Sascha seeks out athletic challenges and pursues his goals with great commitment. He is also actively involved in the pride@ergo network and is always willing to listen to others. Respect and humanity are central values in his interactions with his trainees.

Caro, our multi-talented data scientist, is passionate about writing short stories in her free time. Her creativity has already earned her several awards in her home country of Colombia. She loves taking long walks along the Rhine, where she often finds new inspiration. Caro places great importance on developing a concrete vision for future topics in order to effectively implement them within the team.
