Munich Re’s Summer Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is an immersive 12-week internship designed for rising seniors (junior undergraduates or first-year master’s students). It offers a deep dive into the world of (re)insurance, exposure to industry-leading practices, and a pathway to full-time positions after graduation.

Eligibility:

Junior undergraduate or first-year master’s student

GPA of 3.25 or higher
Valid work authorization in the country of application

Preferred qualities:

Tech-savviness and curiosity

Proven leadership in academic, extracurricular, or community activities
