Claims Adjuster, Strategic Insurance Products
- Full-cycle claims handling, from First Notice of Loss to final settlement and payment.
- Managing the full claims lifecycle, from First Notice of Loss through to final settlement and payment.
- Advising insureds on claim-related matters and delivering timely, high-quality service.
- Negotiating settlements and resolving complex claim issues.
- Collaborating with insureds and client companies to provide guidance and facilitate effective claim resolution.
- University Degree and/or CIP designation completed or in process.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling personal property lines claims (home or equipment).
- Cyber claims experience is considered an asset.
- Valid Adjuster License permitting claims handling in additional provinces (e.g., New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and/or PEI) is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Sound judgment and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
