We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player who brings our learning portfolio & processes to the next level and ensures excellent delivery.

Your Job

  • Overall responsibility for our learning portfolio in Germany
  • Develop and steer our learning offerings in close collaboration with Corporate Learning as part of the Munich Re Academy
  • Drive further content alignment and process harmonization based on our newly developed global target operating model. Take responsibility as the learning representative in the roll-out of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensure operational requirements are fulfilled and learning process runs smoothly from needs-analysis to delivery and feedback
  • Leverage learning data and ensure quality of offerings. Constantly review and evolve existing learning measures taking into account new learning approaches, hybrid working environments and changing business requirements
  • Act as a trusted consultant for HR Business Partners, leaders and business stakeholders on learning needs, development solutions and suitable learning formats
  • Design and implement targeted upskilling and training measures. Conduct or facilitate selected training and workshop sessions
  • Contribute to talent development initiatives by connecting learning offerings with development paths, career enablement and strategic skill-building priorities
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Works Council, international HR and Learning teams, IT and external providers)

Your Profile

  • University degree, ideally with a focus on human resources development, learning, organisational development, psychology, business administration or a related field
  • Several years of experience in learning, development, capability building or comparable roles
  • Additional qualifications in learning design, coaching, change management, agile methods or organisational development are an advantage
  • Sound expertise in modern learning approaches, learning design and face-to-face, hybrid, and digital learning formats. Experience with LMS, e-learning authoring tools and AI-enabled learning solutions
  • Strong consulting skills and the ability to translate business needs into pragmatic, value-adding learning and development solutions
  • Analytical mindset and confidence in using feedback, metrics and digital tools to evaluate and improve learning offerings
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to work with HR colleagues, leaders, the Works Council and external partners in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, a coaching mindset and the ability to inspire and energise others.
  • Excellent command of German and English, strong intercultural skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
