What You'll Be Doing

As a Compliance Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining HSB's Compliance Management System, helping to ensure the business meets regulatory requirements and Munich Re Group standards.

You'll deliver compliance monitoring activities, coordinate governance processes, prepare regulatory reporting and management information, and maintain compliance policies and documentation. Working across HSB, Munich Re UK and Munich Re Group, you'll identify regulatory developments, contribute to business improvements and help embed effective compliance practices across the organisation.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a compliance, risk, governance, audit or regulatory environment.

  • Good knowledge of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and conduct risk.

  • Awareness of financial crime risks, including anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-bribery and fraud prevention.

  • Experience producing management information, governance reporting or regulatory documentation.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience within insurance or financial services would be advantageous.
