  • Experience creating training presentations, interactive learning, digital training, job aids, sales enablement materials, or client-facing communications
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, modern training delivery methods, and customer-facing education formats preferred
  • Insurance designation, training certification, or instructional design coursework is desirable

Knowledge and Skills

•    Experience developing engaging training content, interactive learning, digital training, polished PowerPoint presentations, facilitator notes, talking points, FAQs, job aids, and repeatable communication templates
•    Knowledge of sales enablement concepts, objection handling, product value messaging, and agent education strategies
•    Comfort working with multiple internal stakeholders and adapting content for different audiences, partners, and delivery formats
•    Knowledge of adult learning principles, modern training delivery methods, digital learning tools, presentation development, and customer-facing education formats
