Rolle & Aufgaben

  • Strategic development of the fast growing Global Commercial Lines business of Ergo Group AG
  • Driving new and existing business opportunities together with Ergo group companies in Germany and across the globe, its digital innovation unit and with other group companies within the MunichRe group.
  • Ensuring the safeguarding of the Ergo Group plan by supporting operational entities in achieving profitability and growth targets
  • Definition and implementation of portfolio analytics and portfolio management tools to support Global Commercial Lines business development
  • Analysing and monitoring key financials and performance metrics (KPIs), involving also all financial and technical discussions in coordination with various stakeholders

Ihr Profil

  • Excellent degree in mathematics, economics or similar and (ideally) industry related job experience
  • Proven working experience as a business analyst would be a plus
  • Cross-cultural affinity to engage in a multi-national environment
  • Good project management skills
  • Very good communication skills and ability to build effective relationships quickly
  • Flexibility to substantial international business travelling and willingness to take short and medium-term project assignments abroad
  • Fluency in spoken and written business German (C2) and English (B2)
