Vertriebsdirektion Nord

Ihre zentrale Rolle:

Leitung der Regionaldirektion mit strategischer Ausrichtung des Geschäftsbereichs

Als Verantwortlicher für das Vertriebsgebiet Dortmund liegt Ihr Fokus auf der erfolgreichen Führung der Regionaldirektion. Sie sind es gewohnt Steuerungsinstrumente gezielt einzusetzen und tragen maßgeblich zum Geschäftserfolg bei. Sie haben Budget- und Personalverantwortung, natürlich halten Sie bei allen Entscheidungen auch die vereinbarten Ziele und Kosten im Blick.

Dank Ihrer überzeugenden Kommunikation erreichen Sie eine intensive Zusammenarbeit sowohl in der Regionaldirektion als auch mit den Zentralbereichen. Sie überzeugen mit strategischer Weiterentwicklung und sind sehr lösungsorientiert. Parallel bringen Sie Ihr Know-how repräsentativ beispielsweise in Projekten und Tagungen ein.



Ihr Profil:

Kommunikativer Stratege mit gutem Verhandlungsgeschick

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium? Wenn Sie darüber hinaus über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Versicherungsvertrieb verfügen, erfüllen Sie wichtige Voraussetzungen. Idealerweise haben Sie fundierte Vertriebspraxis und gute Kenntnisse in der Vermarktung von Versicherungsprodukten. Sie sind es gewohnt, große Teams zu leiten und haben langjährige Führungsverantwortung? Sehr gut!

Für diese Position sind darüber hinaus folgende Qualitäten wichtig: Ihre besonders guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, Ihre Ergebnisorientierung und Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick. Ihre wertvollen Moderationskenntnisse, Sie sind erfahren in Umsetzung und Leitung strategischer Projekte und sind auf allen Ebenen sehr überzeugend. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
