What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with the Head of Technical Learning & Development, you’ll be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of graduate, apprentice and early-career development programmes.
You’ll:
Support the recruitment, onboarding, training and progression of graduates, apprentices and early-career talent.
Develop structured learning pathways aligned with business and technical competency requirements.
Coach and mentor colleagues throughout their development.
Work with managers and technical specialists to support future capability requirements.
Support professional membership and Registered Building Inspector development.
Monitor learner progress and programme effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
