How can we use our financial data to drive success of Life and Health under Ambition 2030? This is the key question driving the Strategic Finance and Regional Steering team within our Life & Health division. Our goal is to be true strategic partners to the Life & Health business units, providing insights and analytics that empower the regional management team to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives within our region. The team is responsible for coordinating the regional aspects of financial steering and translating management reporting into actionable insights.

We are recruiting for a role to lead the regional finance project management hub and provide portfolio insights to support our Life & Health division decision-making. The role will coordinate finance-led initiatives across systems and processes, support business case development and benefit tracking, and strengthen the enabling infrastructure used in management reporting and strategic discussions. Alongside this, the role will provide targeted performance insights on the Life & Health in-force portfolio by linking results to key drivers and translating these into clear messages, and agreed actions.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated actuary with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven by curiosity and adaptability. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and a passion for leveraging financial insights to drive strategic growth and innovation within our region.
