Corporate Finance Accountant Sr
In this position, you will handle parent company reporting and analysis and core general ledger accounting, reporting and analysis. Support the financial closing process and PeopleSoft processing functions, including preparing and coordinating monthly/quarterly financial results. Prepare and coordinate international standards (Solvency II) reporting and analysis. Provide support for multiple business units during the month-end close cycle. Provide support for multiple general ledger initiatives. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and initiatives.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in financial reporting and consolidations.
- CPA is a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working both independently and within a team in a deadline‑driven close and reporting environment.
- Working knowledge of chart of accounts structures, mapping logic, and reporting hierarchies across multiple reporting frameworks
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft General Ledger and nVision are a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Willingness to grow, learn and develop technical expertise over time
