Project Manager Corporate Strategy (m/f/d)

Your central role:

• Collaboration and management of strategic projects
• Development and design of the overarching corporate strategy and the derivative objectives
• Development of strategically new business areas and support for the Group's transformation and digitalisation initiatives
• Conducting market, trend, competition and company analyses to derive strategic action impulses for the Executive Board
• Liaison between the various stakeholders (especially specialist departments, IT) and group-wide interface in strategic primary insurance matters

Your profile:

• Above-average degree in economics, business informatics or related fields with relevant professional experience, e.g. in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Excellent project management and strategy skills as well as knowledge of structures and processes in insurance groups and IT interfaces
• Strong communicator and team player with strong analytical skills, creativity and initiative
• High level of commitment, resilience, loyalty and discretion
• Business fluent in German and English
