As a valued intern within our team you will have the opportunity for frequent interaction across multiple functions of the organization and gain real life experience and perform meaningful work that will prepare you for the right start to your career!
As a Production Admin Intern you will be collaborating closely with our Policy Administration team on essential tasks, such as managing and responding to insurance policy inquiries from customers, utilizing our HSB systems in accordance with our documented guidelines. Policy processing of Bind requests and Non-premium changes. Maintain a quality ratio of 95% or higher and production output of 100 cases or higher per month.
You will also be given the opportunity to communicate with brokers/agencies, customers and internal departments verifying and responding to inquiries for correct understanding and policy processing. Understanding that some transactions require limited research and knowledge while others require multiple systems to be researched before completing the transaction.
Responsibilities
- Issuing and completing renewal binds
- New Binds and specific Non-premium change policy transaction activities
- Support our CRS Department
- Achieving service level, production and quality requirements
- Provide support to HSB’s external and internal customers
Requirements
- Completed at least Sophomore year
- Analytical thinking
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Organizational skills
- Customer focused
