ISO 9000 Manager - Philadelphia, PA (Remote)
Certify ISO audit reports by independently evaluating if auditors are meeting applicable ISO requirements and HSB’s standards. Provide a quality control function in support of HSB’s ISO standard accreditation in certifying clients to a particular standard. Provide technical support, annual training, grading exams, and proficiency documentation. Perform ISO audits as needed to maintain awareness of audit market issues. Contribute process improvement with editing of assigned sections of HSB’s ISO Standards Quality Management system. Target and promote directly to potential clients.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent primary school is required
- Associates’ degree in Quality Control, Mechanical Engineering, Program Management, Business Management, Contract Management or equivalent is desired
- 2+ year Quality Management experience or educated with an ISO Certificate demonstrating the ability to learn new quality system requirements such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- 1+ year experience in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and/or 1+ year experience with 45001 Occupational Health and Safety is preferred
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, sales and business experience is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standard.
- Excellent communications skills and technical writing.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills including customer interaction in person, by phone, or email in support for audit team tasks.
- Ability to prioritze tasks and schedule time with minimal supervision and direction.
