For our team based in Munich we are looking for a Senior Finance Controller. In this key role, you will take full ownership of all finance related topics, act as a strategic partner to the CEO, and ensure both financial transparency and organizational scalability of our SaaS-driven business.

Your Job

  • Own and lead the finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business strategy
  • Prepare financial reporting and decision materials for the supervisory board, including KPI tracking and performance analysis
  • Act as the main point of contact for finance-related topics towards internal stakeholders, auditors, and the supervisory board
  • Develop and monitor SaaS-specific KPIs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives, growth planning, and capital allocation
  • Drive workforce planning in alignment with financial targets and company strategy
  • Build and scale systems, reporting structures, and processes across the whole organization

Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  •  At least 5 years of experience in finance roles, ideally within SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, financial modelling, and board-level reporting
  • Good understanding of SaaS business models and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
