As a valued intern within our team you will have the opportunity for frequent interaction across multiple functions of the organization and gain real life experience and perform meaningful work that will prepare you for the right start to your career!
As a valued intern on HSB’s Meshify Team, you will assist with the design and development of a quality-control (QC) robot used to validate Meshify water sensors during manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting mechanical and electrical design tasks.
- Assisting with sensor test fixture development.
- Documenting QC procedures, and helping collect and analyze test data.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to prototype, test, and iterate on automated QC processes.
Qualifications - Required:
- Pursuing a degreein any technology-related major (such as engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field).
- Knowledge of Python and be comfortable writing scripts to automate tasks and analyze data.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, including making requests and parsing responses, is required, along with a general interest in hardware-software integration.
- Problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, highly motivated, strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
- Available to start the internship in May 2026.
- The ability to work full-time for 11 weeks.
