Ihre zentrale Rolle

  • Verantwortung für (Teil-)IT-Systeme und -Projekte mit Fokus auf die SAP-Module PaPM und BW, inklusive technischer Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Erstellung klarer technischer Grob- und Detailkonzepte für geschäftskritische Prozesse wie konzernweite Kostenverteilung und Nachhaltigkeits-Reporting
  • Entwicklung, Test und Einführung moderner IT-Lösungen auf Basis zeitgemäßer Methoden, Techniken und Prozesse in einer komplexen, internationalen SAP-Systemlandschaft
  • Technische Verantwortung für SAP PaPM inklusive Schnittstellenmanagement zu SAP BW, Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projekten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Auditoren und Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Offshore-Mitarbeitern, konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im globalen Team und wertschätzende Kommunikation in einem vielfältigen, inklusiven Arbeitsumfeld

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung und Erfahrung im IT- und Financial-Services-Umfeld
  • Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von SAP-Modulen, besonders SAP BW oder PaPM
  • Interesse an Versicherungen und Financial Services, Bereitschaft zu kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung sowie Offenheit für neue Technologien und Entwicklungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Lösungsorientierung, Organisationsfähigkeit, Selbstsicherheit und Eigeninitiative
  • Teamorientierung, soziale Kompetenz, professionelle Kund:innenkommunikation, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
