Als Spezialist der privaten Altersvorsorge die Produkte, Konzepte und Themen in verschiedenen Vertriebswegen erfolgreich einführen und fördern

  • Vertretung des Geschäftsfelds private Altersvorsorge, inklusive Produktförderung und aktive Präsentation der pAV auf Vertriebsveranstaltungen und Messen
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebs-Multiplikatoren durch Schulung und Qualifikation und Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsmaterial zur pAV
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebs-Multiplikatoren bei Fragen zur pAV, Sozialgesetzgebung und Steuerrecht
  • Koordination mit der Akademie bezüglich Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und fachliche Verantwortung für vertriebsnahe Tools/Anwendungen

Versicherungs-Experte mit Reisebereitschaft und Kommunikationsstärke in pAV

  • Studium in Versicherungs- oder Betriebswirtschaft oder umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in Lebensversicherung und Vertriebsunterstützung
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in pAV-Produkten, Tarifen und Wettbewerbslandschaft sowie Erfahrung in Projektarbeit mit strategischem Denken
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und eigenverantwortliches, zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Reisebereitschaft
