Cyber Security Incident Response Lead (m/f/x)

Your central role

• Evaluation, analysis, and coordination of cyber security incidents in compliance with the Cyber Security Incident Management Process (SANS)
• Involvement and guidance of specialized teams for the execution of cyber security incident-specific tasks such as forensic analyses or the development, initiation, and implementation of countermeasures. Professional support for the involved teams
• Creation of target-oriented communication for various decision-makers as well as technical teams
• Continuous development and adjustment of workflows and the working environment to the constantly changing threat landscape
• Ensuring internal communication

Your profile

• Academic degree or comparable vocational training, preferably in IT and/or management
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a CERT team member and/or consultant in IT security or information security, as well as experience in handling and coordinating cyber security incidents
• Ability to present complex issues precisely and appropriately for various audiences at different levels of abstraction, as well as understanding techniques and tactics of various attacks, knowledge in the field of forensics and malware for defense against attacks
• Many years of experience in corporate structures and global matrix organizations, complex IT services, and solutions
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
