Ihre zentrale Rolle

  • Unterstützung und eigenverantwortliche Weiterentwicklung / Optimierung, Konzeption, Implementierung und Betreuung der eProcurement-Systeme (Coupa, SAP MM)
  • Unterstützung beim konzernweiten nationalen und internationalen Roll-out
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Support-Sessions für Systemnutzer
  • Ansprechpartner und Unterstützer der internen und externen User bei Fragen sowie zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Stakeholder und IT
  • Steuerung, konzernübergreifende Koordinierung und Synergienbildung aller Methoden- / Systemaktivitäten mit relevanten Schnittstellen zur Umsetzung von Best-Practice

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik, alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und umfassende Kenntnisse in der Administration von eProcurement-Systemen (z.B. Coupa)
  • Internationale Projekt-Erfahrung bezüglich Roll-Out und Releasewechsel
  • Bereitschaft, sich eigenständig und kontinuierlich in neue Themen und Systemoptimierungen einzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständiger Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative, sorgfältiger Arbeitsweise, hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Stakeholder-Management- / Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
