Job Profile:
- Support invoicing and Account Receivable collection.
- Customer-facing support for invoicing.
- Transactional tasks for online banking.
- Prepare vendor invoices and payment journal(s)Assist w/monthly and yearly account closing.
- Creating the Job cards in Navision system etc.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Required: University degree Desired: Degree in Business management, Finance or similar.
Work Experience: Required: 3 years experience as Finance Assistant handling financial tasks in an organization. Desired: 5+ years, experience with a multinational, foreign owned company
Technical Skills: Required: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), basic computer support skills (hardware, applications)Desired: Experience with MS Dynamics NAV or similar ERP system
Non-Technical SkillsRequired: Experience with Office Protocols, policies & procedures, compliance & internal controls.Desired:Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Others:Required: Excellent English spoken and written, good team worker, flexible, and willingness to learn.
