Join our IT department and support our CTO and IT leadership team in daily operations and project work. You’ll assist with SaaS configuration and documentation, asset and onboarding processes, project activities including requirements, vendor research, TPRM and RFP support, as well as reporting on security and compliance.

Your Job

  • Assist with configuration, documentation, and integration of SaaS services
  • Help maintain asset inventories (hardware/software) and support onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Contribute to project activities such as requirement gathering, vendor research, and preparation of third-party risk assessments assessments (TPRM) and request for proposals (RFP)
  • Support reporting on security controls, compliance checks, and project status updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of IT initiatives

Your Profile

  • Ongoing studies in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Interest in IT operations, project management, and SaaS technologies
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and IT security principles is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
