Résumé du Poste
L’équipe de solutions en réassurance collective est responsable de développer des solutions de réassurance créatives et personnalisées, à l’intention de ses clients du secteur de l’assurance collective pour le marché canadien et le marché des Caraïbes.
Le candidat retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe et de collègues des bureaux de Montréal et Toronto, pour répondre aux besoins en tarifications de nos clients et aider à réaliser les objectifs et les stratégies de l’équipe de réassurance collective grâce à ses connaissances approfondie en tarifications de produit d’assurance collective.
Votre Rôle:
Soutien à la clientèle
- Réponds aux de demandes de soutiens des clients qui vous sont confiés en regard des soumissions et des renouvellement des contrats d’assurance collective.
- Participe activement au maintien des traités dans le cadre des activités de soumissions et de renouvellements des clients. Approuve ou recommande des changements ou alternatives aux tarifications proposées lorsque requis.
- Révise les pratiques de tarifications des clients et produit des rapports d’évaluation à l’intention de nos clients.
- Répond aux besoins des clients de manière proactive et professionnelle dans les délais qui s’imposent, informe la direction de tout problème qui touche la société ou le client, formule des recommandations et prend les mesures nécessaires pour régler les problèmes.
- Participe à la rédactions des traités et ses avenants.
- Analyse, propose et approuve les changements suggérés par nos clients à leurs guide de pratiques et normes de tarifications.
Soutien des secteurs d’activité
- Offre une expertise en tarification dans l’acquisition et la négociation de traités de réassurance.
- Collabore au développement et à la mise à jour de la base de tarification de l’assurance collective et de l’offre de service pour nos différents marchés.
- Partage ses connaissances et aide les membres des équipes de l’actuariat, de la sélection des risques, de la gestion des réclamations et la haute direction à gérer les relations avec les clients.
- Prépare différents rapports de suivi sur les opérations et les activités de la direction.
Recherche et développement
- Demeure à l’affût des tendances du marché en ce qui concerne les produits et normes en assurance collective, afin de pouvoir aider les clients. Produits et maintien à jour des bases de données et rapports comparatifs.
- Maintien, adapte et développe les outils de tarifications selon les besoins.
- Participe à la recherche, au développement, aux normes et à la tarification des produits.
- Maintient et développe un réseau de personnes-ressources pour partager de l'information sur les marchés, faire connaître l’expertise de la société et influencer les pratiques et les procédures au sein de l’industrie.
Votre Profile:
- Diplôme universitaire en actuariat, en statistiques, en mathématiques, ou en finance.
- Posséder au moins 7 ans d’expérience ayant permis d’acquérir une connaissance approfondie du secteur canadien de l’assurance et/ou de la réassurance collective vie et maladie.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
- Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes, tout en démontrant sens des affaires aiguisées et un style dynamique axé sur l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi que la capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations interpersonnelles efficaces.
- Sens de l’organisation aiguisé et souci du détail; capacité de gérer plusieurs projets et priorités dans un environnement dynamique et performant.
- Capacité de prendre des décisions difficiles, tout en favorisant la collaboration et en formulant des observations constructives.
