Your central role

  • Define and harmonize global HR policies, frameworks, and solutions in your functional area. Support the alignment with HR teams in international entities as well as with HR Germany and ET&S
  • Ensure a consistent global communication strategy for learning in close coordination with local units and within the global Communities of Practice (CoP)
  • Design annual and quarterly communication and marketing plans aligned with the global learning strategy, product portfolio and learning needs
  • Steer and coordinate campaign planning and execution with global units and advise them on local adaptation and implementation
  • Create and provide a global marketing playbook and multimedia content (e.g. graphic design, text creation, image research, video shooting and video editing) for global learning-related marketing and communication campaigns
  • Manage and continuous optimise digital communication surfaces and digital content for learning
  • Monitor and report of learning offerings

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in economics or social sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing/communication
  • Several years of professional experience in HR development, preferably in an international context
  • Strong track record in developing and implementing communication strategies and marketing plans, with a clear affinity for new and digital media
  • Strong project management skills combined with analytical abilities and a consultative approach
  • Intercultural mindset and experience, ideally through an extended stay abroad
  • Confident, credible personality with excellent skills in engaging, convincing and advising stakeholders across different areas and hierarchy levels
