Ihre zentrale Rolle:

Sie beraten Vertriebspartner und sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Bereiche Vorsorge, Fonds-, Finanzierungs- und Bauspargeschäft

Sie betreuen die Vertriebspartner, dabei liegt Ihr Fokus auf der fachgerechten Unterstützung im Bereich Lebensversicherung. Ihre Erfahrung im Bereich Fonds-, Finanzierungs- und Bauspargeschäft können Sie in Ihrer Tätigkeit sehr gut nutzen.

Sie schätzen den direkten Austausch mit den Vertriebspartnern, dabei übernehmen Sie die aktive Verkaufsunterstützung, begleiten Vertriebspartner in Kundengesprächen und bringen Ihre Fachkenntnis ein.

Erfolgreich sind Sie auch in der Rolle als Multiplikator. Sie teilen Ihre Perspektive und geben Hinweise weiter, die für Produktentwickler und operative Einheiten wertvoll sind. Wenn es um Produktneuinführungen geht, koordinieren Sie die Schulungen der Vertriebspartner und erstellen Konzepte für Vertriebsaktionen.



Ihr Profil:

Kommunikativer Versicherungsspezialist mit vielschichtiger Erfahrung

Idealerweise haben Sie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Versicherungskaufmann. Sie bringen fundierte Fachkenntnisse aus dem Versicherungsbereich mit und sind erfahren im Verkauf von Finanzdienstleistungen? Dann ist das eine gute Basis.

Sie sind routiniert in der Beratung von Lebensversicherungsprodukten und können Ihr Wissen aus dem Fonds-und Finanzierungsgeschäft gut nutzen? Dann erfüllen Sie wichtige Voraussetzungen.

Für diese Position sind darüber hinaus folgende Qualitäten wichtig: Ihr Kommunikationsgeschick, Sie sind empathisch im Umgang mit Persönlichkeiten und ihren Anforderungen, gleichzeitig selbstsicher und standfest in der Argumentation.
