Internship Program: 

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our summer internship program. As an intern with American Modern, you will gain practical experience, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.   

Our Innovation team is looking for a summer intern to join their team! The Innovation Team is driven to pursue innovative disruption in the insurance industry by:

• Developing new products and services for current and future policyholders and distribution partners
• Expanding our current markets through new business models
• Implementing new technologies to help enhance our operations and our customers’ experience.

The team is looking for an intern with a background in Application Programming Interface (API) and/or Automation for their summer opportunity. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Information Systems, Computer Science, Business & Management and Project Management majors are preferred
• Experience with API and/or AI
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
• Confidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams) 
• Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and have reliable transportation due to the hybrid work schedule.  Interns will work in the office at least 2 days a week 
• Applicants requiring employer sponsorship of a visa will not be considered for this position
