  • Play a lead role in driving finance transformation across the local Finance function, partnering with Finance, Risk, Business Transformation, IT, Data & Analytics and business stakeholders to modernize processes, improve reporting capabilities and identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement and AI-enabled productivity.
  • Champion responsible AI and data-enabled finance practices, including appropriate governance, confidentiality, access controls, validation, human oversight and alignment with applicable company policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Develop clear financial insights, observations and recommendations for senior management, committees and the Board of Directors, including materials that highlight financial results, emerging issues, risks and opportunities.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to executives, Board members, auditors, regulators and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insight and practical recommendations.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the willingness to engage in detailed execution while also setting strategic direction and building scalable processes.
