IoT Sensor Tech II

Location: Wayne, PA. Hybrid Role: In-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Work remotely Mondays & Fridays.

Job Description

Provide first level support (e.g. phone, web portal and email) to client company participants in the IoT program. Respond to incoming alerts, troubleshooting of installations, general customer inquiries and the updating of the CRM system in accordance with established SLA’s and KPI’s.  Perform analyses of the equipment health reports and increase technical acumen in the installation and operation of the sensors.

In addition, able to travel and meet with participants, perform installations and provide training and troubleshooting demonstrations.

Education and Experience

• College degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 4+ years’ experience is required with at least one year as a Iot Sensor Rep II
• Experience with HSB working in customer service
• Experience working in a call center environment

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of all major HSB systems and products
• Good customer service skills
• Good communication (oral and written) skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Good problem solving skills
