This role will be part of the Investment & Asset Management Tower for Group Technology, responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and maintenance of all investment and asset management systems, applications, and platforms. The Tower manages the seamless transition of new systems or projects to steady-state operations and takes ownership of key business relationships, providing accurate metrics on uptime, issues, and resolutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst for the IT unit Business Solutions - Digital & Automation. The successful candidate will be acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT project and product teams by translating business needs into functional requirements just as technical specifications that will aid design, development and testing of software, data storage and data processing solutions. Your Job

  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements with the focus on Automation Tools or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) 
  • Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications like Use Cases and User Stories
  • Supporting Project Manager(s) in delivering the project plan in time and in budget 
  • Assisting Product Managers as requirements lead to manage and prioritize the backlog using our agile methodology framework MR One Essentials 
  • Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
  • Communicating effectively plan, status, risks and issues to stakeholders in a precise and timely manner
  • Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities
  • Providing traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking delivery of those requirements by the project team
  • Assisting with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables, ensuring the solution meets business expectations based upon approved project scope

Your Profile

  • University degree preferably in computer science or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of requirements engineering methods and best practices
  • Experience with agile methodologies, preferably certification in Scrum
  • Experience in data, process and system analysis
  • Business acumen to find solutions focusing on cost and benefit
  • Good understanding of solution development life cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures 
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects
  • Knowledge of Automation Solutions as Azure Apps or Power Platform is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Content Management solutions as OpenText Content Server is a plus same as SAP know-how
  • Domain knowledge in investment management is a plus
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German skills
