As a valued intern within our team you will have the opportunity for frequent interaction across multiple functions of the organization and gain real life experience and perform meaningful work that will prepare you for the right start to your career!
Join HSB’s PRS IMPACT (Intelligence/Market/Process/Analytics/Client Training) team to support strategic initiatives, process optimization, and market intelligence projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing data, improving processes, and contributing to high-impact deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data from financial reports, market studies, and competitor filings to identify trends and insights.
- Support process improvement initiatives through documentation, mapping, and root cause analysis.
- Prepare concise, executive-friendly summaries and presentations of complex information.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Required Skills & Characteristics
- Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to simplify technical concepts.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to build trust and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial concepts and comfort using PPT/WordExcel.
- Awareness of insurance or risk management principles.
