As a valued intern within our team you will have the opportunity for frequent interaction across multiple functions of the organization and gain real life experience and perform meaningful work that will prepare you for the right start to your career!
As a valued intern on the team:
- Assist with projects as part of the Finance Process Improvement & Special Projects team.
- Assist with the development of tools and training presentations for the Finance Excellence Program.
- Participate in and help coordinate process improvement events.
- Help develop and organize project plans for various initiatives.
- Assist on process improvement initiatives by documenting processes in narrative and process flows.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications - Required:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. A concentration in accounting, business administration, computer science or engineering preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, highly motivated, strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
- Within commuting distance of Hartford, Connecticut to work a hybrid work schedule in the office.
- Available to start the internship in May 2026.
- The ability to work full-time for 11 weeks.
