About the role:

For this specific position, we are looking for an experienced lawyer based in Dublin who can assist GLIR with all legal tasks related to the branch and its business activities. • Manage a broad range of legal tasks, including commercial and affiliate contracts, NDAs, horizon scanning, and coordination of KYC processes.
  • Support credit business activities by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating risk transfer documentation, ensuring adherence to all relevant conduct and regulatory standards, including internal underwriting standards and guidelines, and developing new template contracts.
  • Liaise with and manage external counsel and advisory firms, as well as internal specialists, to ensure comprehensive legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting sign-off for transactions and projects.
