Systems Analyst - overarching (m/f/x)

Your key role

• Primary responsibility for supporting and further developing ERGO sales applications through systematic analysis of requirements to ensure adequate technical support, including cross-location management and implementation of requirements engineering in collaboration with tech hubs
• Collaboration and design in innovative projects for the optimization and digitalization of business processes
• Independent analysis of technical requirements and conversion of business requirements into system requirements, including the description of the corresponding parts of the IT system solution (Solution Component Description)
• Overall responsibility for the appropriate and content-correct coordination and implementation of all system changes necessary for the realization of the requirements of the specialist area in the respective asset family, thereby making a significant contribution to the economic success of the projects
• Responsible participation in projects of various sizes with a focus on the technical management of the requirements engineers supervised within the project portfolio clusters, including the coaching of junior requirements engineers

Your profile

• Completed training or studies with a focus on insurance, mathematics, economics, business informatics, computer science, or comparable completed training
• Several years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, systems analyst, or consultant, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector, as well as in-depth understanding of the methods and procedures involved in the solution development process with a focus on requirements engineering, preferably including IREP certification
• Strong ability to quickly grasp, analyze, and precisely formulate complex issues, combined with a strong solution-oriented approach
• Organizational and project management skills as well as confident communication skills
• Good knowledge of application systems and relevant business processes and workflows, as well as very good to good written and spoken English skills
