Working student in customer experience management (m/f/x)

Your key role:

• Supporting market research projects, including independent development and implementation
• Analyzing market research and study data—nationally and internationally
• Preparing appointments for national and international customer experience management
• Assisting with community management for our own market research panel
• (ERGO customer workshop)
• Preparing findings, e.g., in presentations or dashboards

Your profile:

• Enrolled student, preferably in the fields of economics, sociology, psychology, or similar
• Interest in market research projects, ideally with experience in this area, and very good English skills
• Good knowledge of quantitative analysis methods, knowledge of the insurance and competitive environment desirable
• Independent and structured working style, high level of commitment, ability to work in a team, flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products; preferably knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, Tableau, R, or similar
