Agile Coach (m/f/x)

Your key role

• Assist the team(s) with the introduction to the new Target Operating Model (TOM) and ensure the right setup is in place to start development using agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Supporting the team(s) in acquiring fundamental agile skills in the agile team
• Leading TOM training and supporting teams in adopting an agile mindset and agile delivery methods
• Acting as an expert in lean-agile practices and supporting teams and line management in further adopting an agile mindset
• Developing the ability of organizations to use agile methods and implement an agile mindset, and supporting the transition to agile ways of working in line with the TOM playbook

Your profile

• At least 2 years of practical experience in agile working methods within and outside of IT. Knowledge of transformation barriers and the levers to overcome them
• Economic thinking and acting, knowledge of value- and risk-oriented management, strong strategic orientation and results-oriented approach, as well as analytical and conceptual skills
• In-depth knowledge of the IT environment (business architecture, IT architecture, software development, coaching, etc.) and basic knowledge of business models
• Proficiency in project management, communication, presentation, and moderation techniques; in-depth knowledge of the introduction of agile working methods in larger organizations, very good German and English skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations, decisiveness and assertiveness, as well as the willingness and ability to take responsibility for the company and its employees
