Actuary Reserving P&C (m/f/x)

Your central role:

• Take Product Ownership within the central actuarial system landscape of the ERGO Group
• Collaborate closely with actuaries, accounting, and IT to successfully implement business requirements and drive continuous improvements
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure product goals are met
• Conduct training sessions and support our subsidiaries in the effective use of our systems
• Ensure that systems comply with regulatory requirements
• Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to advance system development and implementation

Your profile:

• Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics, or a related quantitative field
• Several years of experience in property insurance is desirable, particularly in the area of reserving. Knowledge of IFRS 17 is a plus
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as R or SAS
• Ideally, prior experience as a Product Owner
• Very good communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex issues clearly
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
