Systems Analyst - Health Insurance (m/f/x)

Your key role

• Independently analyzing business requirements and translating them into system requirements for IT solutions in the field of health insurance
• Responsibility for the correct implementation of system changes in accordance with the requirements of the specialist department
• Support, consulting, and troubleshooting for users, as well as assistance with projects
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring test procedures for quality assurance
• Participating in the definition of requirement standards and quality objectives

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree or training in insurance, organization, mathematics, economics, or computer science
• In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering and solution development processes, ideally certified according to IREP
• Interest or experience in the field of (health) insurance or financial services
• Strong ability to quickly grasp and analyze complex issues and a strong solution-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of the relevant KV application systems and interfaces, as well as very good written and spoken English skills
