Property Manager Construction Engineering (m/f/d)

Your key role:

• You will be part of a team of specialists working on KGR 300 and 400 at the Cologne site, which consists of three buildings with a total gross area of 199,000 m² and employs a total of ~4,800 people
• You will organise, manage and monitor the preventive maintenance of the buildings (KGR 300) in accordance with DIN 31051 and take on the duties and tasks associated with operator responsibility.
• You will manage, monitor and supervise repair and maintenance work using computer-assisted fault reporting and defect management systems.
• You will manage conversion and renovation projects in collaboration with internal and external partners such as service providers, specialist planners and architects.
• You will prepare tenders and participate in award procedures.
• You will monitor and schedule measures from award to acceptance and take on cost control and documentation for this.

Your profile:

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or training as a master craftsman/industrial master or state-certified construction engineer or equivalent qualifications – ideally in the field of building construction
• You have several years of experience in the organisation and management of construction projects and site management
• You have in-depth knowledge of VOB, AutoCAD, MS Office and AVA
• Your quick comprehension and high level of abstraction for technical contexts in complex buildings set you apart, as does your experience in drawing up construction contracts, including reviewing contractual services
