- Beraten der Aktionsverantwortlichen aus den Vertriebsbereichen Direct, Online Sales und Cooperation Sales im Rahmen der operativen Kampagnenvorbereitung, -durchführung und Nachbearbeitung
- Entwicklung von Bewerbungsstrategien, optimalen Kampagnenprozessen und individuellen Lösungen für die Kampagnenumsetzung
- Operative Durchführung des Selektions- und Adressierungsprozesses und der Adressbereitstellung für schriftliche, telefonische und E-Mail-Bewerbungen
- Technische und ablauforganisatorische Umsetzungsplanung für E-Mail-Aktionen sowie das Koordinieren der am Selektionsprozess beteiligten internen und externen Dienstleister
- Erstellen standardisierter und individueller Ex-Post-Aktionsanalysen mittels SAS und Aufzeigen von Handlungsoptionen zur Steigerung des Vertriebserfolgs für künftige Aktionen
Ihr Profil
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Direktvertrieb von Finanzdienstleistungsprodukten
Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. in SAS, SPSS) und Datenbankkenntnisse - Affinität für technische Prozesse sowie Koordinations- und Organisationsgeschick
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit in komplexen Strukturen zu denken
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern verschiedenster Verantwortungsebenen
