Die Aufgabe der Divisional Unit Munich Re Markets besteht in der Entwicklung, Strukturierung und Vermarktung von nicht-traditionellen Lösungskonzepten für Erstversicherungsunternehmen, Pensionskassen sowie Pensionsfonds. Diese Lösungskonzepte sind ausgerichtet auf Aspekte des Kapitalmanagements, der Produktentwicklung sowie des Transfers von Kapitalmarktrisiken.
Der Großteil der Origination- und Strukturierungsaktivitäten der Divisional Unit ist in der Munich Re Markets GmbH gebündelt.
In diesem herausfordernden und anspruchsvollen Umfeld suchen wir eine qualifizierte Persönlichkeit für die anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Position eines Technical Accountant, der den Chief Operation Officer des Munich Re Markets GmbH in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Kostenmanagement und Einkauf unterstützt.
Ihr Job:
- Verwaltung und Abwicklung der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie des Kontenmanagements
- Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung von Finanz- und Kostenberichten auf vierteljährlicher und jährlicher Basis gemäß HGB
- Kontrolle der ein- und ausgehenden Zahlungen sowie Verwaltung des Zahlungsflusses
- Klärung und Abgleich nicht abgeschlossener Geschäftsvorgänge und Konten
- Verantwortung für die Schaffung von Transparenz bei der Budgetierung und Personalplanung auf der Grundlage einer systematischen Datenerfassung und -auswertung
- Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und IT-Software
- Verwaltung und Managen von Dritt-Dienstleistern
- Erfassung und Pflege von Vertragsdaten in enger Abstimmung mit unseren operativen Geschäftsbereichen
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Schnittstellen
- Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme an abteilungsübergreifenden (auch internationalen) Arbeitsgruppen, Initiativen oder Projekten
Ihr Profil:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen mit einschlägiger berufsbezogener Ausbildung
- Hohe Affinität zum Rechnungswesen, sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Datenverständnis
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Ergebnisorientierung
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, DATEV- und SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur globalen Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
