Are you a strategic leader passionate about transforming digital insurance distribution? We’re looking for an AVP of Digital Distribution to lead our Digital Partnerships channel, driving innovation and growth across digital agencies, brokers, and carrier platforms.
As the Head of Digital Partnerships, you will:
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for digital distribution across Cyber, Equipment Breakdown, and other lines.
- Lead market intelligence efforts to monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Build and manage high-impact relationships with digital platforms, APIs, and multi-carrier portals.
- Collaborate across departments to align business units and execute strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prioritize platform opportunities.
- Lead multiple platform integrations annually.
- Build business cases for new digital initiatives.
- Host regular performance reviews with external partners.
- Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to enhance API capabilities.
- Shape the long-term strategy for Digital Distribution in collaboration with senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in digital distribution within the insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in driving profitable growth and innovation.
Skills & Expertise
- Deep knowledge of P&C insurance products.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Experience with prioritization modeling and client management.
- Data-driven decision-making and financial acumen.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills.

The Company is open to considering candidates in numerous locations, including California. The salary ranged posted below applies to the Company’s Hartford, CT location.
The salary hiring mid-range for this position is $135,600 - $198,900 plus opportunity for company bonus. In addition, the company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
