Expert strategic IT-Initiatives and IT Portfolio-Management (m/f/x)

Your central role:

• Strategic management of the IT portfolio and budget for sales; evaluation, prioritization, and control of technical IT requirements and monitoring of IT budgets for the respective IT investments
• Establishment and continuous development of efficient and ongoing IT portfolio management in cooperation with the business and IT sub-towers, in particular the development of an end-to-end process
• Management and support of programs and initiatives, including monitoring project progress, ensuring that project results are implemented on time and in line with requirements, and identifying, evaluating, and controlling project risks, including adequate escalation management
• Acting as a contact person and coordinator for cross-departmental issues in sales, such as benchmarking activities or strategic personnel planning
• Supporting and ensuring compliance with requirements in the areas of compliance, internal control systems, data protection, and auditing

Your profile:

• Completed degree in business and/or insurance or a comparable qualification
• Technological affinity and experience in managing implementation projects at the interface with IT
• Strong and proven analytical and conceptual skills, confident manner and negotiating skills, as well as a high degree of reliability and loyalty
• High sense of responsibility in all areas
• Very good English skills and knowledge of common Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
