Global Specialist Security Training and Awareness
The Munich Re Global Real Estate and Servicesdivision sets the direction for the management of all aspects of corporate real estate and employee services across the regions for Munich Re offices.
Global Corporate Security is responsible for the protection of employees, sites and assets worldwide. The department works closely with integrated risk management, the business units and the regional organizations of Real Estate and Services to develop and implement risk-based measures and procedures and monitor their effectiveness.
Please note, this role can be based in Singapore / Mumbai / Dubai / Johannesberg.
Your Tasks:
- Leading and evolving the Global Security Awareness and Training Program across Munich Re.
- Design a global Security Awareness and Training program for Global Corporate Security to embed a security culture in Munich Re.
- Effectively ensure implementation and continuous improvement based on real incidents and dialogue with stakeholders.
- Ensuring the security awareness and ensuring that the training program meets all the industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
- Developing awareness and training strategies using multiple channels (intranet, video courses, web-based courses, etc.), coordinating awareness campaigns with Corporate Communications, and coordinating training with Human Resources and third parties as needed to reach all users globally
- Developing and offering security awareness and training offerings based on security roles and responsibilities
- Supporting implementation of global information security policies
- Designing and executing of an awareness campaign and promotion of physical security requirements
- Carrying out of spot checks
- Optimization of workflows and streamlining of processes
- Collaborating across the security team and with other real estate and services functions to ensure information exchange, continuous evaluation and development of protection concepts.
- Contribute to a strong team culture and the transformation into a global function
Your Profile:
- Masters's degree in Security Management, Information Security, Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in Security Awareness Programs and/or Security Marketing, Information Security or equivalent.
- Sound understanding of security concepts, risk-based analysis and development of protection measures in a corporate environment.
- Experience using security awareness/training platforms.
- Experience developing teams, leading projects, and ensuring documented requirements are delivered with quality.
- Experience working across multiple lines of business to design and implement training plans and track organizational progress, development, and metrics.
- High degree of independence, initiative and commitment
- Analytical thinking, structured working method and fast comprehension skills
- High problem-solving competence
- Willingness to learn and high intrinsic motivation for personal development
- Strong communication skills with external and internal contacts
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. German or other regional languages an advantage
