Alongside our digital platform, Product Advisory develops and delivers client-specific engagements and supports with bespoke and complex use cases that extend beyond the standard capabilities of Location Risk Intelligence. We are looking for a Product Advisor who combines consulting discipline, analytical strength and client orientation – with experience in the corporate and/or real estate sector. Your Role

As Product Advisor, you will:

• Identify, shape and deliver advisory engagements that address client needs beyond the standard capabilities of the Location Risk Intelligence platform.
• Independently manage advisory projects or defined workstreams, from initial scoping through analysis, client communication and final delivery.
• Analyse and translate physical climate risk data and methodologies into clear, decision-ready recommendations for corporate and real estate clients.
• Lead or support client meetings, workshops and stakeholder interactions, building trusted relationships with technical and business audiences.
• Support Sales in bespoke and complex use cases, including solution scoping, proposal development, methodological questions and client presentations.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and cross-functional contributors to ensure coherent, timely and high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to the continued development of advisory methods, quality standards, templates, case examples and reusable client assets.
• Feed client insights, recurring needs and market observations back into the further development of Location Risk Intelligence products, services and advisory offerings.
  
  

Your Profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, specialist advisory, climate risk, sustainability, risk management or a related field.
• A consulting background or comparable experience structuring client questions and delivering client-facing projects or workstreams.
• Knowledge of corporate and/or real estate clients and the ability to connect physical climate risk insights with asset, portfolio and business decisions.
• Good understanding of physical climate risk, financial impact quantification or a closely related domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear, actionable and audience-appropriate recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging client and internal audiences.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development and technical pre-sales; experience with proposals or solution design is an advantage.
• A proactive, collaborative and self-directed working style, with the ability to manage priorities and take ownership of defined outcomes.
• University degree in economics, finance, risk management, environmental science, data science or a comparable discipline.
