Internship Opportunity: CRM System Design & Global Stakeholder Consulting (m/f/d)*

At Global Sales & Distribution, we are passionate about shaping the future of Munich Re’s global sales. As part of our team, you’ll help implement our worldwide sales vision and support international client teams to create innovative value for Munich Re’s clients.

Your Job

You’ll actively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our global CRM solution, including change management and consulting for stakeholders worldwide.

Your Profile

• Confidence, drive, and a proactive, hands-on approach to new challenges
• Independent and open to fresh ideas, with a willingness to take on responsibility
• Quick-thinking and solution-oriented, always looking for ways to improve
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills: you know how to put yourself in others’ shoes and build trust
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
• An affinity for IT and CRM solutions — experience is beneficial, but curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important
  Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
