Marketing & Communication Consultant (m/f/d)* - MR do Brasil

Munich Re do Brasil is looking for a Marketing & Communication Consultant to strengthen our brand presence, deepen client engagement, and enhance our communication impact in one of Latin America’s most dynamic insurance and reinsurance markets.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Communication & Marketing
  • Develop and execute communication and marketing plans tailored to the Brazilian market, aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities through research and insights, informing impactful communication and marketing decisions.
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns that position Munich Re as a trusted, innovative partner for clients and key stakeholders.
• Internal Communication & Culture
  • Drive clear, engaging, and consistent employee communications across all internal channels.
  • Support the leadership team with messaging, presentations, town halls, and change communication materials.
  • Build initiatives that strengthen engagement, collaboration, and cultural alignment.
• External Communication & Media Relations
  • Maintain strong relationships with Brazilian journalists, trade media, influencers, and opinion leaders.
  • Support communication on strategy, innovation, and market developments to external audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across PR, digital, print, and event related communication.
• Brand, Content & Channel Excellence
  • Safeguard adherence to Munich Re’s global brand identity guidelines.
  • Create and localize content—articles, presentations, videos, scripts, social media posts, and digital assets.
  • Partner closely with regional and global communication teams to deliver integrated, multi channel communication.
  • Use OneView and CRM tools to support campaigns, events, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Events & Marketing Activation
  • Plan and deliver high quality internal and external corporate events, including client seminars, industry roundtables, and brand activation initiatives.
  • Manage suppliers, logistics, budgets, and stakeholder expectations end to end.
  • Leverage CRM insights to personalize client communication and measure engagement.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in communication, marketing, PR, or related functions—preferably in B2B, financial services, insurance, or consulting.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messages—Portuguese and English.
• Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns and/or internal communication initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian media ecosystem and comfort engaging with journalists and influencers.
• Proficiency with social media tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce/OneView), and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ease working in matrixed, multicultural environments.
• Creative, collaborative, proactive, hands on, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and internal partners—including briefings and quality control.
• Strong PowerPoint and visual communication skills; graphic design literacy is a plus.
